Returns & Refunds Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, provide refunds, or offer exchanges for any products sold on our platform.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accommodate cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Exceptions

The only exceptions to this policy are cases where the product received is damaged or defective upon arrival. In such cases:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The product must remain unopened and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

  • Upon verification, we may offer a replacement at our sole discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Health and hygiene products that have been unsealed

  • Perishable goods, including supplements and consumables

  • Any personalized or customized products
